Who is Maria Guimarães Lima?

Maria Guimarães Lima, born on May 27, 1986, in Soledade, Paraíba, is a professional with a degree in Management Processes from the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Consulting at the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA).

Maria began her career in 2003 at the Pão & Companhia franchise production. Later, she was invited to work at a distributor of bakery products, where she served as a saleswoman for seven years. For over eight years, she was responsible for the administrative sector, system implementation, and consulting at Pão & Companhia Franchising.

Currently, Maria is the founder of Blé Consultoria Empresarial, where she applies her vast experience and knowledge acquired throughout her professional journey.
